Speaking

Talks that leave the room with something to do on Monday.

Keynotes and workshops for conferences and company events. Around ten a year, so I can prepare each one properly.

Topics

Each can be a 30–45 minute keynote or a half-day workshop. All are updated with the year's client work, so no two are quite the same.

  • Where the week goes

What happens to 40 hours in a 200-person company, measured. Funny in places; uncomfortable in others.

  • Decision rights before org charts

Why most reorganisations don't work and what to fix instead.

  • The first 100 people

For founders: the operational habits that scale and the ones that quietly poison the next 400.

Fees

  • Conference keynote: €5,000 plus travel. Community and non-profit events: ask — I do several a year at cost.
  • Company event keynote: €7,500 plus travel.
  • Half-day workshop following a talk: +€4,000.

What I need from you

  • Audience size, who they are and what you'd like them to leave with — a 20-minute call is ideal.
  • A confirmed slot length. I prepare to the minute and don't overrun.
  • Slides are mine, 16:9, run from my laptop (HDMI or USB-C). A lapel mic, please; I move around.
  • Recording is welcome; publication is welcome with a credit.

Availability

I take about ten speaking engagements a year and confirm dates in the order enquiries arrive. Autumn tends to fill by June.
