Work with me
Three ways in
I take on four advisory clients at a time and a handful of workshops and talks a quarter. If I'm full, I'll say so and suggest someone good.
- 01
Operations review
€12,000 fixedThree weeks inside your company: interviews, shadowing, data. You get a written diagnosis, a prioritised list of fixes and a session with your leadership team to argue about it.
- 02
Advisory retainer
€4,500 / monthTwo half-days a month, unlimited async access, for teams implementing the changes. Minimum three months; most clients stay a year.
- 03
Workshops
From €6,000 / dayOne or two days with a leadership team on a specific problem — planning, decision rights, meetings, hiring. Designed with you, not off the shelf.
Approach
What you can expect
I talk to the people doing the work
Not just the leadership team. The diagnosis comes from the floor, the fixes get agreed at the top.
Numbers before opinions
Cycle times, handoffs, meeting load, decision latency. We measure before we change anything and again afterwards.
Small changes, shipped
I'd rather you fix three things this quarter than plan twelve for next year. The report is short; the follow-through is long.
No dependency
I'm working towards not being needed. Every retainer ends with your team running the process without me.
Clients
What they say afterwards
The review told us things we half knew and hadn't said out loud. Six months later our release cycle is a third of what it was and two people who were about to quit didn't.

Lena Hoffmann
COO, Orbital
“Rare combination: sees the system and can talk to engineers without being condescending.”
Rafael Sousa · CTO, Lumen
“The workshop replaced a 40-page strategy doc with one page we actually use.”
Ana Lindgren · CEO, Tailspin
“Best speaker rating of our conference, three years running.”

Notes
Short, occasional. Things I'm seeing across clients.
The meeting audit, revisited
Five companies, same result: 30–40% of recurring meetings had no decision in the last quarter. The fix isn't fewer meetings; it's writing down what each one is for.
Speaking this autumn
OpsConf Europe (Berlin, October) and two private events. One slot left in November.
Speaking detailsDecision rights before org charts
Most reorganisations I'm asked about are really disputes about who decides what. Fix that first; the boxes usually don't need to move.

FAQ
Practicalities
What size of company do you work with?
Mostly 50 to 500 people — big enough that coordination is the problem, small enough that a few changes still move things. I'll tell you if you're outside that.
Do you work remotely?
Reviews need at least a week on site. Retainers and workshops work well remotely, and I travel anywhere in Europe without a fuss.
Do you implement, or just advise?
I advise and coach your people to implement. I don't take an interim role — it creates exactly the dependency I'm trying to remove.
Can we start with something small?
A one-day workshop is the usual first step. About half of them turn into a review or retainer; the other half don't need to.
